Your max current through the resistor is 80mA, but if you want to operate the transistor at higher currents then you'd want to use a smaller load resistor or a higher voltage to check those too. Vce,sat is a function of collector current, and as current increases the saturation voltage does grow, and you require more base current to turn the BJT on to the point that it reaches saturation.
