You can. I forgot how, but I had did it before. You can save it as a document, and upload it again. I did this when I switched computers. Its possible in Google Chrome. Of course, all your bookmarks will be added to everyone else's bookmarks, so be sure to send only the folder. Of course, you can also save all the links to a zipped folder, and upload the zipped folder. Or put all the links in a Notepad file, and then upload that file.

Might be easier if we set up a Dropbox account, where people can submit papers and schematics via a secure channel and everyone can access them.

This would also reduce the load on 4HV, as Chris has to pay for that bandwidth.

Currently, I need SMD caps that work at cryogenic temperatures down to 4K. Unfortunately, X7R fails to deliver and NP0/C0G caps are hard to get in a 1206 / 1210 form factor.

Here's a little review on the low temperature "surprises" of common caps Link2

At least Phycomp produces NP0 caps (see RS# 669-8408)
