I'd say buy some IRFP260's (or 250's, I see no difference between the two in real life)
Or buy another ZVS driver :P

No difference? And what aboun the lower RDS(ON) of the 260N and higher current capability?

I'm not saying the 260 isn't better, but in this circuit I saw no noticable difference when I swapped the 250's with 260's.
However when I built the Mazzili induction heater replacing 250's with 260's really made a difference as I was pulling around 30 amps.

The 260's can handle much higher current, and that means fatter arcs.

But ZVS flyback driver generally only pull around 10 amps, which both 'FETs can ahndle just fine.

10 at what voltage?, most people run them at 36v.

Yes it is around that voltage, but I use a transformer so there may be some voltage sag. They still don't heat up though.
