I tried adding 460'n I got it working, but then it just completely died.
I'm going to rebuilt it agin, from scratch, check if every component is well, but they way I built it was terrible I'm trying to think of a better way.

Don't know exactly why, but this circuit seems not to work well with IGBTs, and one of the causes is that IGBT's speed isn't good for like 100kHz or more. So I think that that's the main reason it's not working.

Have you checked all the resistors with a multimeter? Check everything, IGBT's, zeners (again) other diodes, power supply and that any windings haven't shorted out. I guess you'll just have to wait for a new tip though.

Just found an old soldering iron tip, not good, but usable, checked everything, diodes, IGBT's, resistors, all OK. No shorts, there seems to be nothing wrong, but is :(
