Just found this.

USA based, shipping isn't too bad.
Lots of laser/HV/etc related stuff, trimpots, FETs etc.

The guy is also selling 31 VCSELs for Â£19 + Â£12 shipping.
Thats a heck of a lot cheaper than a single OPxxx for Â£15 (!)

Can't be bad, anyone interested in these?
They are handy as light sources for holography etc as they can be pulsed down to tens of nanoseconds
yet are stable enough to reduce noise.

I believe that the wavelength on these is approx 850nm but could be 900.
Probably from early fibre transmitters used for telecoms, as they now use multiwavelength emitters with
something like 12 separate inputs (DWDM)
