Yeah I've done that before, but this time I want to build my own drivers for it. For the experience and knowledge :) And unfortunately I ruined the driver boards for the tube when I took it apart x.x

The 40HB4 appears in the test listings for the Sencore CR70 CRT tester. Pinout & Settings:
F1&C 4 F2 5 2.8 Volts filament voltage---directly heated Cathode pin 4 Negative Bias - 36 Volts G1 3 G2 6
Since the CR-70 determines the emission of a CRT, no data can be gleaned from the settings, because tests involve standardization of the particular tube manually, to show good or bad based on Sencore's test method. No EHT connection is used.
