Really now? If you tried everything then it must be working, because woking is included under "everything"

You will need to give some more information, I don't even know what type of coil it is. DR SG VT?

Giving a detailed description of the equipment you're using and the symptoms of the problem, is also included under everything.

In the absence of any better information, my advice is to look for stupid n00b mistakes. tongue

Sorry, it is a SGTC made by Sulaiman for me, 2t primary, 110nF cap, other dimensions are in the .txt file.

even my randomly made 300t TC with random capacitors did better, what am I doing wrong?

2 turns seems like very few and 110nF seems like an awful lot of capacitance. How did you come up with these values?

Also, what kind of power supply are you using to drive it? What are you using for a spark gap? Are you getting a good, bright, noisy spark in the gap?

The sparks are very good, the gap are two tungsten rods, with a fan blowing on it, 110nF and a 2T primary, I used these as this is what Sulaiman told me.

No, I suggested 2 turns and 110nF for a zvs primary drive.... not spark gap
For a spark gap TC you first match the primary capacitor to the high voltage source and required bps
then make the primary to match the resonant frequency of the secondary.
e.g. 10 turns approx. 16cm diameter and 4.4 nF for the secondary that I sent you with the suggested topload.
e.g using the 22nF capacitors; 15 series x 3 parallel.
