I was asked today about replacing the old K3000F1 sidacs on SISG coils since they stopped production 5 years ago... So I spent an hour. Most of which was remind me about it
But the solution is probably the all brand new:..
However... The good old real sidacs are still easily available in a different form now:
These were introduced 4 months ago so they should not be obsolete yet, but might be a bit harder to find since they are new. The K3002G looks good in the DO-15 package. The package power dissipation is 1/2 but these new improved are supposed to be more efficient and they never got hot anyway.

Our British friends at Farnel have 1500 of them too
You can probably get Littlefuse to send you a some for free to test
Of course, I have not tested or carefully compared the data sheets... But I bet they will work fine.
