Has anyone tried these capacitors from goldmine?

They were advertised as 35 Kv sometime ago, now they advertise as 4KV. However I have tested them making sparks with a gap of more than 3 cm several times and they perform with no problem (immersed in oil). So i think they really are 35 KV. What would be a good use for them?

They look like the capacitors found inside of DC tv flyback transformers (I've never gotten one out undamaged but that's what they look like.)
They could probably be used in any hv circuit. They could make a powerful marx generator due to their (comparatively) high capacitance but it would be tricky to build with all the caps under oil.
A CW multiplier might also work (and the whole thing could be submerged.)
Several of them could be seriesed/paralleled for a tesla coil capacitor.
