I would like to ask if this Darlington Transistor module

300Amps/600v is suitable for drsstc applications?
fres 90khz,

The short answer is no. They are way to slow. If you look at the rise and fall times for the brick they are in the uS range. I wouldn't switch those suckers any faster than 3kHz or 4 kHz and that is with a 10% guideline in regards to Fres.
