I think this topic came up a while back but as I remember most of the AL exhaust donuts were rather expensive, into the 100's of dollars for even the smaller ones. Found these sites a few days ago and thought they may be helpful to people looking for more reasonably priced AL donuts.
First one sells only two sizes at the moment 2.5" OD and 3.0" OD.

Lastly this place sells mild steel one's at a bit cheaper pricing. Not sure how well they'd work though with steel having so much lower conductivity and greater skin effect.

As far as I know all of these suppliers have donut which has a "center line radius":tubing dia. of 1:1. Gives them a bit of a "fatter" look than what I would consider the norm.
