Last summer I had a lot of fun doing that in my neighbor's pool. It's surprisingly easy to do, but harder to do well.

*PUH*

It would be interesting to see a mechanical bubble vortex generator.

Hard to judge how big that one is.

I don't know how big it was when the picture was taken but if there is no wind it can grow until it is visible for a whole city.
