I agree with everyone else the N30 doesn’t look anywhere as good as the 3C90, for this. Thought it may be similar to N27 which is still worse than 3C90, But the N30 appears to have a very high initial permeability, so perhaps that could shed some light on what this would be typically be used for.

That looks awfully like a ceramic ring magnet for a loudspeaker, not a "toroid".
Kizmo, try magnetizing it with a bigass electromagnet, and see if it holds a magnetic charge. A similar coil setup to a HDD platter launcher ought to do it, but you have to use DC or a pulse that doesn't reverse. Or if you have a large neo magnet you can use that.
These magnets ought to be "anisotropic" - they only hold a charge in the direction that is used in a speaker. That would also explain the dismally low inductance for a field in the toroidal direction.
