Are those capacitors good for a Tesla with a 811a tube on +/- 1000V? :10kV 4700pF High Voltage Ceramic Capacitors HV ham They are rather cheap, I cannot afford much more...

Those capacitors are not good for sgtc use but would work they are quite high loss at TC frequencies and the sparks somehow aren't so 'snappy' Notice also that they are rated for use in oil or resin, in air halve the voltage rating.

Sounds sketchy and Chinese, so I'd be inclined to tell you to spend a bit more on real RF rated caps. It'll be a lot more efficient and might even save you money in the long run.

If you're talking about the little (fingernail-sized) ceramic disk capacitors found under your description on eBay, then no, they're not suitable for the tank cap in an 811A powered VTTC. There are lots of small-to-medium sized mica transmitting caps (either used singly, or in an MMC config.) available inexpensively on eBay that will work well at the frequencies and current levels seen in a small VTTC.
