yes, but it won't be as efficient as copper(required). Probably it will cut the overall performance.,

Alumainum tubing would be suitable, but the cross sectional area should be 6 times larger than copper.

Unless you're making a very large coil, one for which the primary metal cost becomes significant, it makes absolutely no sense to use aluminum. It'll be bulkier and have decreased performance.
Now, for a large coil this makes sense because the price per conductance of aluminum is less than that of copper.

could i use a 3 foot wire with 1-2ohms resistivity? i dont know which metal it is. where can i find such thick copper for my primary? or can i use a 1000V wire the ones with insulation used for wiring houses?

Medium to large coils use soft 1/4" copper refrigeration tubing.

you can easily get copper wire from your nearest hardware shop. for good mid range design/size, use size 8 awg, stranded or solid would do, but i recommend stranded for it is easier to bend, and has larger circumferential area compared to solids
