If you are going to transmit any power with a microwave beam your best bet is one of these --> <-- on the receiving end. I have seen one used with a microwave oven as the power source with a decent amount of power transfer (I they were getting 300watts from the rectenna) I don't know what the voltage and current output was because I didn't get a real close look at the thing.

I don't think anyone mentioned it but, if you ever open one, don't mess with it, if you crush it there is a pink material beryllium oxide, when crushed up and inhaled it is very carcinogenic. Take care!
