Need help, resistor colors....

With your digital ohm meter securely connected, heat one end of resistor with
soldering iron quickly.

If the value changes, switch to DC millivolts.

i was able to get up to 3ohms, so i switched to mV and got 0.003 to 0.005 V !!!! i used a micro torch though...

turns out this resistor is 0.141 ohms, try figuring that out via the colors!

The enlarged picture of the resistor shows that the colour bands were applied by hand with a paintbrush - suggesting that these are not standard parts, but came from a small, specially produced, lot.
