Just wondering what you've all gotten for outrageously low prices, or what you may have gotten for free that's usually quite expensive!

I don't have much to talk about unfortunately... :P

3 brand new Yuasa 12v 7ah sealed lead acid battery's + new automatic charger all for £40.

Considering many places charge £25+ per battery (Maplin even charge £35 per battery!) I reckon I got a pretty sweat deal!

Two 3phase ventilation motors from a carpenter shop. I saw them in a rather large pile of garbage they had gathered outside their shop and asked if they would drive ( i dont own a car myself ) them to my house for a little money and they agreed. I think it is an exepcetionally good deal, two nice motors delivered to my house.

AKAI Amp and tuner. Apparently not the nicest there are, but they are 19" and look (and work) great. 10€

I really don't do 'bargains', though. Think more 'dumpster'. Some stuff you can repair, and all can be stripped for parts.

An HP5328A frequency counter for 90€, including shipping from USA (but broken now due to a stupidity test). I haven't seen any in that price again (most are in the 200 to 800€ range).

Also, a 3900uF/450V capacitor for 15 €, including shipping from USA.
