You might take a look the TC110 (or something similar) available on this board,
That one may not be the best one for your application, try digging around for other options. Do you need a full 9-12v output? A boos converter with a 10:1 step up ratio is not going to be that efficient, although it is doable. I am not sure how that board is set up, but for the TC110 you will want to run in bootstrapped mode, and if you put a voltage divider between the Vout pin (note the out name of that pins is misleading, it is actually measuring the output voltage, not outputting it) and the output of the buck converter you can increase the output voltage (just make sure that your fet can handle the voltage, and that you have enough inductance).
