Hi I'm finishing my BSc finlly in a week and looking to work overseas in a research group in next 6-9 months. so I'll thank you if you can show me the direction: - Where can let me in? and get me paid? - i've send some emails but no reply so don't know how may I do it? I can speak german and english. iranian so need study or work visa to foreign countries. prefer germany or sweden. as my thesis was partal discharge detection in high voltage devices and i used matlab a lot for simulations and could in some percent develop a voice pd detection system.

You generally need a PhD to do research work in a university. A PhD is very helpful in progressing industrial research work too. So if you want to do serious research work, your next step should be to look into PhD programmes in your particular field. Take your time and choose carefully - universities, research groups and supervisors vary massively in quality.
