I've got my sstc problems to a solvable point know, But for isolating the fets I'm supposed to use a Schottky diodes, and the biggest ones I can find are 1amp 70volts. will that work?

Usually with MOSFETs, additional diodes are not required. If you want to bypass MOSFET internal diodes, you need to use a series Schottky and a parallel ultrafast diode for each device.

well my fets are rated at 30amps 500volts. I think I found some one ebay that will do. I will wait for my symphony money to come before I buy them, Im a little short on $$

The series Schottky needs only to be rated at a few tens of Volts. The parallel ultrafast diode (which is parallel to the series combination of FET and schottky, if that is understandable) needs to be rated the full supply voltage.
