I've had alot of success with CFL ballast flyback drivers, but I've wanted to get more form them, so is there anyway I could use CFL ballasts in series or parallel for more flyback arc?

I wouldn't see why not, as long as they're identical.

My educated "guess" is NO. The problem is that the waveforms from the two ballasts would not be in synch, and so they would be fighting each other when they happen to go out of phase. You would probably end up with two blown ballasts. mad

Just like Xray said, unless you found a way to synchronise them, you would probably just end up with a puddle of molten CFL ballast. Keeping them in sync is probably possible and might work, but several times more difficult than just building say a ZVS driver.
You might even be able to get quite a few of the components for a ZVS driver out of CFL ballasts (Diodes, zeners, resistors, inductors).

OK thanks anyway guys, I'm going to buy a halogen transformer, They work good as long as they are not really cheap and well built, I've had very good success with them.

I'm bored atm is there anything I fun I can do with a very low voltage flyback, it's about 7K volts.

Also I had a candle near the negative HV output of the flyback and it was sucking the flame in near it, and when I put the positive output near it would push it away, mainly because it was spraying, maybe the negative is the positive effect of the spraying positive.

I have 2 400 330UF caps, is there anything I can do with them?

That's like asking, "I have a container of bolts. Is there anything I can do with them?" Of course there are things you can do with them! You need to be more specific, like what do you want to do with them?
