Guys thanks, I got those capacitors from maplin ( ) in the end and although they also get warm it worked fine for my purpose of 3 minute runs.
Here is what I used it for;
Aluminium electrodes that melt like sparklers when subjected to the heat of ZVS arcs, of-course no-one in my family was impressed and the only remark I got was "Wouldn't it just be easier to use a candle?".
