The Numeport 632 is a counter/timer manufactured by the Institute of Atomic Physics, Bucharest. The unit I have was manufactured in 1974. It features modular architecture (several PCB's with connector), NIXIE tube display!, various timing and sensitivity options, high voltage supply for scintillator PMTs or GM tubes.
During transport, some damage must have been received, and now the unit doesn't power up . So this project will be about restoring and repairing the unit. Any documentation (eg. schematics) or any other kind of data would be useful. If you have any, please share.

Here are datasheets in German and English for the "Z" series of cold cathode numerator tubes.
Is the mains voltage present at the on/off switch and on the mains transformer primary?
Is the ~150V ignition voltage present (a) at the power supply (b) on each of the individual PCB sockets (c) on each of the individual PCBs?
The misalignment of the display numbers in your picture suggests that someone has been jiggling with the position of the PCB plugs in the sockets to make it work. Carefully cleaning the contact surfaces and checking for pin misalignment or damage can do no harm, and may fix the problem.
Is the HV for GM and PMT present at the appropriate switch settings?
You'll be able to do all sorts of interesting experiments when you have got this going, Radu!

Power supply with various rails and voltages checks ok.
The damage seems to reside in one of the complex boards: CSS1, CR, 2x CD, CCI-1 or the BT board.
There's a total of 15 boards, the others are 9 Nixie display boards that appear to be working.
The neon bulb indicating power doesn't work either I might check a few more details starting from this point, but I am concerned about the 6 special boards mentioned above. There are way too many transistors on these boards to check them all. Any ideas?
