Can I just use the transistors I've linked instead, since they're both (roughly) the same thing? I can get the other transistors, just not the TIP ones.

Due to the higher current rating, gain and gain bandwidth of your transistors you can use just one pair of your complimentary transistors instead of the two pairs in the diagram. Use 0.05 ohm in the emitters to make it equivalent to two 0.1 ohms.
