You will want something that is rated for Pulse/HF. For example. Link2

At $8 a cap you can buy 950C or 942C or 943C caps from CDE.

EDIT:
I just looked at the datasheet a little closer and they are indeed not suited for tesla coil operation. The peak current rating is only a couple of amps. Where most of the CDE 940C series are hundreds of amps.

Shady -

Absolutely not, those caps use a polyester (aka Mylar) dielectric that has a high loss factor at high frequency. They will quickly overheat and fail internally.

Common low-loss dielectrics include mica or polypropylene. For MMC use, film/foil capacitors using self-healing "hybrid" construction (film/foil/metallized film) have been proven to be the best choice for spark-gap Tesla coil use. If you can't find peak and RMS current ratings for the capacitor you are considering, forget it.

The most widely-used and well-proven MMC caps are the Cornell-Dubilier 942C series.

Datasheet?
Probably not would be my guess.
The answer is usually "no" unless the coil is tiny or the cap is special.
