ok, current transformer works very well, where is no stabilization sound, i can short transformer with no problem and current becomes constant. but i was thinking and realized that 2KW for half bridge is just too much. mosfet should be rated at least 500-600V and current is 20A, so lot of heat, second, middle point capacitors also should take all 20A, and i don't think they like it. during testing i killed 32A and 40A fets, and they are beast in class, sure, i can use IGBT, but i suspect they end it dead as well Good think about using GDT, you just swap dead mosfet/igbt and ready to blow it again :) i found LTC1922, is it any good for my design ? link

So did your HV transformer get encapsulated with epoxy? Or did you use something else other than epoxy? And did you test it at all yet?
Anyway, that controller chip you linked to looks very interesting, but the data sheet is 24 pages long so it will take me some time to read it. Maybe later.

no, just original primary so far and core. for secondary i can't catch man who has right tools for winding, but i will do it next week, if not,i will do it by hands. not so while ago i tested wire strength against voltage, and with epoxy coating two twisted wires was able to hold more than 2kv ( i don't have more, so it can go to 3kv i guess), that is very good. since i will have around 200-400V in between at winding floor end
