Recently, I finished an 811A Class C series fed Armstrong Oscillator, and am under the impression that the nature of this oscillator is to put out relatively pure RF. I believe my coil runs around 450Khz. What is the resonant frequency which RF occurs at ?
On an unrelated note also, can VTTCs be made using a Hartley oscillator ?
Anyways its based of off steve wards design. single 811A, 2000VAC MOT. No level Shifter. 6.5" streamers. Tuned Primary, Tuned Feedback coil.

Isn't RF radio frequency?
The VTTC is a class C oscillator. There are probably more ways you can reconfigure it, but the principle of operation will always be the same. The Class C oscillator is the most efficient oscillator you can build with a single tube.

Yeah, I am referring to radio frequency, I was just wondering at which frequency does radio frequency exist at ? because I thought all VTTC oscillators put out pure RF but, I am under the impression that radio frequency is around 500-600KHz, and I dont think my coil is quite that high.
Are the spark characteristics generally all the same, regardless of the type of oscillator used ?

Actually, radio frequency generally refers to anything in the range of 3 kHz to 300 GHz. TV is usually transmitted (or was, anyway) in the UHF band which is around 300 MHz and 3 GHz, while the AM broadcast band is about 300 kHz to 3 MHz.
So if your coil runs at 450 kHz it is definitely in RF territory.
