that's what the design is based off of. Instead of a 1 nF cap for the PLL, I used a 5 nF to compensate for my slightly lower frequency.

I apologize for the messy layout, but I've gone around several times to make sure nothing was touching in naughty ways, checked the connections several times, etc etc.

Read the description of the video by the way. :)

Pretty :) Time to try it with bigger workpieces? (That work coil is not going to be very efficient with small workpieces).
Tech specs? (Frequency, inverter specs)

Cool! You can push more power by making better coupling with the work coil (heat a larger diamater object) and at the same time reducing the inductance of the matching inductor. Any issues with the PLL, or is it behaving itself?

The PLL is working perfectly, along with the current/voltage limiter. IT squeals at me when something is too high.

And, yes, I know, I need something larger to heat up, but I need to find something appropriate to heat :P

News today, melted aluminum!

Apologizes for the bad video quality. No focus and bumpy camera, my little sister's work.

We'll use a different camera and perhaps a bit better camera usage. :)

This is a pretty cool levitating molten work coil setup.
