I'm building this and I need a suitable replacement for the FQA55N10 mosfets as I can no longer buy them. Does anyone have any ideas for a good replacement? I have had good experiences with the IRFS654, will it work in this situation?
EDIT: I should have phrased the question more precisely, I know pretty much any fet will work, so if YOU could replace it with a better one, what would you pick? (cheaper is not always better)

Using an exactly identical mosfet isn't necessary for a circuit, unless precision is absolutely needed. As long as your mosfet is above 100 v, and has a reasonable on resistance, you'll be fine. Try to keep the ratings at or above what the original is. 61 amps is a bit excessive though. 30-40 amps is a bit better.
