My problem was, I am able to get atleast 9" spark from my 300khz 10" drsstc, but without self tuning/ feedback, pulsed interrupted, and a pair of irg4pc40u IGBTs, halfwave rectified,. my problem happens when I forgot to ground IT in earth, my fuse breaks, and when i change broke piece of my DR, (IGBT and Fast R.D.) , it did not produce any more streamers, =(,. its maximum spark is 1inch, ive checked my voltage rails and other possible in my bridge but it seems it dont have the problems,. my guess that it is my gate driving circuit,. because , before, i am using TC4422/21 driver ICs,. i was able to produce good spark for only using one TC4422 and a capacitor series as the other side of the driver. what do you think sir?Can you help me sirs??!sad

Yes sir, i put a 10ohms, 2 watt resistor and when i see it on tester it seems to have no problem with it. also, i did check the zener diodes which are back to back from gate and source of the IGBTs but its not the fault also. I also tried to checked the GDT but there are no two different line shorted. and the the wires have its expected resistance so that i can know if theres a leak on it. (24 awg LAN cable). Does it have something to do with the Oscillator IC, TL494, cause it has pin like Ritchie burnett's circuit that has connection with the positive rail of the half-bridge together with some resistor (390k, 47k) & 1.8k). Cause when I accidentally misoperate my DRSSC by earth GND not connected, I saw some sparks under the PCB just beneath these resistors,. what could be the problem? Later, I will buy another TL494 IC to check if it is the culprit in the system.
