Does anyone knows or use these kind of transformers? No label on the transformer.

The guy on the auction says that he use 60v 30amps for input and output 30,000v but i have my doubts. Is this possible for this kind of transformer that weights only 33 pounds and measures only 9 inches by 9 inches by 10 inches with out any arcs on the secondary? This is 1.8kw.What do you think?

theoretically you could get that sort of performance in a size like that, but without a datasheet i wouldn't be too confident that it can sustain that power and voltage for long without damage.
