hi, sorry for my absence, college stuffs, sigh
tomorrow i'll have a spare time, maybe for shop some components again, yeah
btw, if i use a resistor-look at the attachment-to substitute the power resistor, where could i actually find its wattage?
and i thought to stick it to the heatsink too, should i?

Since ZVS cannot simulated (if u know how pls tell me) then, i try to simulate boost converter to compare NMOS(IRFP250) with NPN (TIP3055) using LTSpice and it shows NPN rise voltage faster than NMOS, (the blue line is NPN, and the green is NMOS)
is the same happen to zvs if i change NMOS with NPN or not?

after reading some explanations about zvs, i thought that it'll not work if i use npn,
because npn trigered by current, but zvs's mosfets are conducting because there's
voltage difference, correct me please

I imagine it 'might' work if you use a darlington transistor like the 2SD2493, which has a gain of 5000 and max. frequency of 60 mHz, to drive the 'main' NPN transistors. Data sheet here:

Link2

It only takes 1mA base current to produce 5 amps of base current for driving the main NPN.

EDIT: The circuit would also require additional modification.I've not had time to look into it myself yet.
