Hi all.

Looks like I have my first deadbeat.
Sold some memory cards, someone outbid two others to win them and then didn't pay or respond to emails.

Its been a week already, have opened a NPB case but any other ideas?

this sucks, I need the money and the cards are useless to me as I don't have a phone which takes a >1G any more.

Ideas please?

E-mail the second highest bidder, and see if he still wants them.

Did that, he wants to know how much £ but I think I need to wait for the NPB to rule in my favour right?
or else i could get told off by ebay.

As far as 'how many £' goes, his highest bid won't be far off the non-payer's bid (that's how an auction works), offer them to him for whatever his highest bid was.

I don't think E-bay will ban you in the circumstances, but I think their guidlines say you should wait five days from the end of the auction (I've not read the rules recently). I think you also have to wait five days before opening the NPB dispute.

As long as it is five days since the auction ended, I'd say you have a pretty good case for selling to the second highest bidder.
