Your flyback probably contains a cap around 2-3nf and rectifiers, and the other wires are taps on the secondary winding itself that go through pots to vary the voltage required for the grids inside a CRT.
I used to have a flyback that was taller than yours and had no pots or caps. It was the toughest flyback i ever had, i used it for my first and second ZVS drivers
