I already has some problems with breadboard. So I will try making a layout and also changing the output diodes do schottky.
I designed that layout a few days ago, I didnt build the PCB, butsits my actual design at breadboard.
Ahh, about the gate resistor, I also changed that. Uzzors used one beforte the GDT, I used two at gate, I was testing with 10R each, increased for 22R to see if the ringing changes, and nothing changed at all.
My PCB layout (not the final one, but I think I will make it for testing)
Is there anything I should mod? The DIP16 is the TL494 and DIP8 is the TC4429. I think component values are not critical for pcb design, so I only put references on the board (also it has a more clean visual)

One other area to look at is to put an electrostatic shield between primary and secondary in your output transformer. Be sure not to make a shorted turn.
