I do like the brass!!! Gives it that "Lost in Space" feel!! Nice work! I think loosing an inch of spark evens out in the cool factor. Now it would be really cool if you could stuff all the electronics in the tuna can!! Not sure if that battery would fit inside the coilform, or affect tuning. It would be awesome though if it just looked like a coil sitting on top of a tuna can though!!!!

Staci, Good job ! And it works with a battery and nothing more :) I hope someday to make my own SSTC, but I haven't the courage to touch the sparks, he-he.
