oh I didn't realize you were only using a speaker right now. Yes, the high frequency noise should go away when you connect the flyback to the circuit.
The more voltage you put through the flyback the louder it will be but the mosfet will heat up faster, it's a trade off

i dont rely know how to say this, but here it goes. about the impedance. i know that the more larger the magnetic field a coil makes, the larger the impedance is. will it matter in a tiny .2w speaker (8ohm)?

probably, that 8 ohm speaker will have much more impedance than the 5 turns on your speaker flyback.
