I cannot find the core describe here. Link2
What I can find is:

1. ferrite core for SMPS transformers (EE.EI.PQ,etc)
2.powered iron core
3.EMI suppression core

I have difficulty purchasing parts online. So I can't buy the core form digikey.
The frequency of my SSTC is about 450KHz.What should I use?

You would want to use ferrite for a Tesla coil GDT because of the high frequency present when driving IGBTs or MOSFETs. General you want a core with high permeability, I usually use cores in the 2000u to 5000u range for my coils.

You can commonly find cores on ebay for cheap

A quick search of ebay turned up these nice TSC cores.

[Edit]

Forgot to add TSC may ship internationally can't remember may want to check it out because they have a great section of toroids suitable for GDts Link2

The problem is that I don't have a credit card.My parents don't want me to have a credit card.So it is very inconvenient for me to buy thins online, especially buying things from other countries.

Or can you tell me how to buy things from other countries without a credit card?(I have a bank account)

I'm fairly certain you can set up a Paypal account linked to a bank account without a credit or debit card.

They sometimes require security checks if you transfer large amounts between countries which took about three weeks when I did it as I didn't have a land line phone.

Paypal is a rip off, but has it's uses sometimes.

You can always borrow your parents card or have them punch in the numbers for you.

I hate paypal, It's all too easy to have someone suck your bank account dry.

You might try looking around locally or in scrap things.

I can easily get various of ferrite core for SMPS transformer.
If I use a EE or EI ferrite core in a GDT,will it work well?

I've used an EI core from a ATX PSU without a problem. The main concern is minimizing any airgap.

There not really the best but...

You can look inside of old CRT monitors there is usually a large amount of ferrite beads and toroid cores that could be used for GDT.
