I've never seen a picture posted online, so I figure people might be curious what's inside the CM600, and to save you the work of doing this as it's not exactly a fun task opening it to this point (never, ever bandsaw a brick, unless you want a sticky 2 day clean up mess of goo... fortunately someone in the shop warned me of this as I was turning on the saw so I used a hole-saw on the mill instead). This one is a CM600HA-24H

Here are a couple pictures of a halfbridge IGBT module i have. It has a lot of different junctions, i have also taken apart a cm400 600v halfbridge brick which had few junctions like the picture you posted.
That small red square was where i cut a the copper terminal to make it two seperate IGBTs.

The only brick I ever bothered to look into was a dead SCR halfbridge.
I couldn't find any spot welded wires/bond wires, (either I missed and ripped them out when I took it apart, or it was destroyed in the failiure of the device) but there where mostly just tabs and bridges of sorts bonded to the die to form a half bridge..
