How do you know cellphones dont already track radiation levels by sending an analysis word related to something that is part of the processor chip? Ever since Telstar got (inadvertently) irradiated by some testing that wasn't slated to go head digital work-arounds have been known. Urban legend has it that the Soviet nukes that were landed in Cuba we tracked by recording counters placed along highways.
