Hullo everyone. I need someone who's good at making/etching a PCB (including board layout); it's going to be for:

Link2

Relatively complicated, but I can trade you some mosfets or IGBT's for your assistance.

If you can help me out, just PM me please, as I'll need to obviously specify some stuff.

THANKS!

What kind of IGBTs and how many? I have a PCB for a slightly upgraded version of that schematic, using a gate driver chip IIRC. If you want I could change it for GDT drive instead.

It uses gate driver chips doesn't it?

And, I guess I'll go with the GDT unless the gate drive chip is really really easy to get. (I ran out of money getting everything)

And, I have various ones. Fairchild or ST ones, from 25 amps to 75 all above 500-600 volts. Give me a specification and I'll look and see what I have lying around.

I can cnc cut the pcb and drill the holes for you, but only single side pcbs, since aligning for the back side is a pain.
I can drill 0.5mm 0.8mm and 1mm, also I can cut out the individual pcbs.

But I will not do the layout and routing.

For a one-off design the time and effort involved in producing a layout, etching, drilling etc.
is just not worth it.
I would get a piece of 0.1" matrix board (e.g. Link2 ) and wire it point-to-point.

Well, if Uzzors has the layout already done then that shouldn't be a problem.

Etching and drilling and cutting cut it's not too much trouble on a CNC.
No messy chems and the you are already aligned for drilling and cutting out. just start the thing and change the bits between passes.

It does take a bit of time, I can cut the traces at about 100mm/minute and it needs about 4 passes for a trace, 2 on each side.
Trying to align the bottom side with the top side is not something I want to try right now, so all my PCBs are single side with wires on the bottom side between VIAs if I can't get away with no VIAs.

Doing the layout is a pain, but you only have to do it once.

Production runs on the CNC are definitely out of the question but if someone needs 2-3 small PCBs I can probably do it over the curse of a week end, for the price of the materials and the cost of a couple of beers

at least look at the estimates for PCB123, and the sunstone corp.

I know expressPCB is a good free program for laying out PCB's, you can export whatever filetype you want.

Are you in chemistry class? If so you might be able to talk your teacher into letting you etch the boards before/after school someday if you can get the copper-clad. It wouldn't take much acid and I'll bet you could get something to work with what's in the average chemical closet.

I have some double sided board here, PnP and press drill.

PM me.
