Hello, Sorry I didnt see this sooner. I thought these had lost interest since no one had said a thing about them, despite being right up most everyone's ally.
Anyways, I decided I would keep the resistors for use in a HV meter. The capacitors are still for sale though.
Honestly, I dont know what they were used in. The guy that sold them to me just knows they were removed from working equipment when some place lost its funding or whatnot. They were all used under oil.
