[Update]
i made ~1kT secondary, and i should get around 10-20Kv. but instead i get just 3kv. after more test i made secondary with one turn and notice that i have just few volts per turn. how is that posible ? since i use 8T primary with 150V amplitude driving signal ( i tested, i really have 150Vac@60Khz )
Linas, i hope you arnt using the V of primary input divided by a magic number of primary turns, you should be determining the V per T by using the EMF formula, and knowing: The freq, Guass, Turns, on time and use a site like this: , and another here:

so to calculate voltage i need to use V=-N×dΦ/dt ?

so by using second formula i get 1400. and what does that mean ? (i never knew theory of inductors ) oh, that is Bmax in gs so that make sense (0,14T) so what next ?

N primary 10 N secondary last time was 1k Vp=150V (half bridge from 300V) F=50Khz
Well assuming 1400 B is acceptable, and the 10T on the primary of 150V then you should see 150V/10T = 15V per T, but notice if you change the freq youl change the V/T.

does any one know how to calculate transformer for two switch forward converter ? because i have quite nice 2-3KW SMPS, and because i can't use 2x multiplier by limited space, and is almost impossible to make single 120KV transformer using full-wave rectifier, wisest thing to do is make flyback with triangle shaped secondary
Today i went to person who winds power transformers and he told me that the only way to make it is to use secondary like in original FBT from TV. first i will cut from plexy carcase for each section ( 10-20 section) and glue them on 4mm plexy glass rectangular, and will add spacers 4mm in height. (glue will weld plexy glass ) so from core i will get at least 1cm plexiglass wall (4mm can hold <100KV ) and from end to end i get 120KV in 8cm distance. and between coils i will have 1-2mm plexy wall + i have special wire which is coated lack and again with silk, and all will be covered in epoxy glue. project just went from mission insanity to mission quite possible
