Hello all. I recently bought some 4046 chip's (10 of them!) from a distributor in Hong Kong. Took about 15 days or so to get here, and woe and behold, the IC's aren't 4046's! They're HCF4060BE IC's from ST!
I bought them using Guest checkout, and I have no idea what to do. Because the chips are only 4 bucks, it wouldn't be worth it to return it to the seller!
