Very nice! It shows some serious Gnuplot skills. :) I'm using Octave/Gnuplot at work but am kind of struggling with it.

if you have difficulties with octave, there is a good alternative as python with the scipy and matplotlib libraries
generates top-notch plots, is open source and very nice scripting language
I used that tool when working for the atmospheric spectroscopy lab in brussels and it was really appreciated by the docs
