When building SSTC, can I wind primary winding on secondary?Or the diameter of primary winding should be bigger than secondary?
Why DRSSTC primary is similar to SSTC instead of SGTC?Since it is similar to SGTC rather than SSTC,Why most DRSSTC didn't use flat primary like SGTC?http://wiki.4hv.org/index.php/
Dual_Resonant_Solid_State_Tesla_Coil
And is DRSSTC portable? If I move it to different places, will the resonant frequency of coil change and need to be re-tuned?

With a SSTC, the voltages are lower and efficiency rises with high coupling, so some people wind the primary over the secondary, but make sure you have some kind of insulation between your coils (maybe a few layers of teflon and/or electric tape).
DRSSTC primaries are usually closer to SGTC primaries, especially the high power ones. DRSSTCs with cylindrical primaries tend to have the secondary raised close to the top of the primary.
A small DRSSTC would be portable. As for tuning, you should always have an adjustable primary tap as well as some extra primary for tuning on the run. The resonant frequency can possibly change depending on your surroundings, how much you are killing your tank capacitor, and what you had for breakfast.

Flat primary's work very well on DRSSTC's. Matter in fact I think they work better. I use a flat primary on my larger DRSSTC and it has effective coupling up to 0.2k which is rather high for a DRSSTC. I think this photo speaks for it's self
