Dear Forum
It is my intention to use ICM7667CBA to drive power MOSFETs in a Solid-State Tesla Coil. I am concerned about whether the driver will be sufficient to deliver required drive current to charge/discharge the gate capacitance -about 1 nanoFad at a frequency of up to 200 kilohertz maximum. Is it ok to used this driver chip in this application or are there better alternatives?
