I wouldn't say that everything on there is nonsense, Chi, Reiki, and other old oriental methods. These things do work but modern science is not able to explain it all yet. It would be very nieve of us to dismiss something that is not understood.
I hear that quantum physics is beginning to explain some of these things or, at least, providing clues.
