I have three ISOTOP (you know with the screws on the top?) for sale for a good home. Please make valid offers as these things are worth a pretty penny. My friend gave them to me, obviously not knowing their inherent value.

Here's the Mosfet model number; STE40NK90ZD.

Good for 900 volts at 40 amps. These things are pretty amazing, probably good for Tesla Coils and suchnot. PM me please. :)
I'm in the market for an Oscilloscope, by the way ^^

It is illegal and unethical to sell samples. These sound strongly like samples, considering ST is one of the few companies to give ISOTOP samples, and they limit to 3.

rp181 has a very important point.
We have lost the samples from from 2 major companies because of misrepresentation and sales there of.....
We have had discussions of the abuse of samples in the past and if one is lucky enough to get some samples the most mature course of action is to keep it low key and be ethical about it.

I am not addressing this particular post per se' but the "sample" issue has been abused beyond all proportion. At very least, selling of the samples or bragging about how you put one over on the dumb marketing people is really not appropriate.

Hm. I apologize for making this post then. We had pulled the fet's out from a circuit that my teacher had made at my school, they were for a Tesla coil circuit actually. Looking up the part number more in depth than i did before and asking my teacher did reveal that he did infact get these fets as samples. He had given them to my friend, who inherently gave them to me, as he had nothing he could do with them. I'll ask for this post to be locked, again, sorry about this guys. D:
